Refund policy
1. ZONEWILD:NET offers a refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary, and we are committed to addressing each request fairly and efficiently. Unopened merchandise may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging, within 15 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping.
2. Refund requests: Customers have the right to request a refund within 15 days of the original purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing through our customer service, including relevant information about the purchase and the reason for requesting the refund, via CHAT.
3. Eligibility criteria: This item cannot be returned if it has already been opened.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we have made an error. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA number) for a credit or exchange within 15 days from the shipping date. If any part of a product is defective, return the entire product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms is not met, a restocking fee of up to 20% will apply. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The warranty is void if serial labels, receipt numbers, product decals, or manufacturer's seals have been removed, altered, or tampered with. The warranty is void due to improper handling, misuse, or defacement of the product.
4. Refund Processing: Once a refund request is received, our customer service team will review it and make a decision within a reasonable time. If the refund is approved, it will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
5. Exclusions: The refund policy does not apply to the following cases: a) Products or services clearly used or damaged by the customer. b) Products or services that are no longer eligible for refund due to the expiration of a specific time period.
6. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be informed to customers through our website or other means of communication.
