You must take photos on the defects and email them to us for our verification within 7 days of receiving the items in order for the items to be returned.
When sending a return or exchange, it is recommended that you ship the items with UPS, DHL or Fedex that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods.
Return items could be shipped to the designated address given by our customer service after the due verification process is completed.
Credits would be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please include the original order number in the return parcel for us to expedite the process of issuing the credit.
